Step 1
Book a free 30 minute discovery call to see which programme best suits your needs and goals.

Step 2
We schedule the programme in a way that works for you. Some people like to complete their programme intensively over consecutive days, others prefer to spread it out over a longer period of time.

Step 3
I facilitate and support you through every step of the programme, from start to finish.

Step 4
You are welcome to book in for periodic follow up sessions (not obligatory but always valuable!). I remain available to support you by email*
